Very effective and efficient exercise for lower body. A very basic movement that requires you to have a good balance and strengthens the leg individually. It helps you to bring balance to physique ,not only legs.
How to do it? Place one foot on the step, push the body up. Repeat same process for the other foot Quite simple huh!
