Floor exercise is a good form of daily exercise. It is one form of exercise that can be done anywhere. All you require is a Floor. A simple mat can get you started and the routine consists of movements combining the elements of strength, flexibility, jumps and balancing.
SymboGym organized floor exercise event on at 11 AM, 30Jan. The routine was a big success as many members and non members took place in the event. Many are not aware, but floor exercise is an Olympic medal sport for men and women introduced in 1936 and 1952 respectively.
